The first phase begins with an in-depth analysis of the communications challenge. We conduct a detailed analysis of the internal environment affecting our clients, external (competitive) environment and target audiences.
In this phase, we take a stand together with our client and agree on answers to important questions. We use the results of our analysis to develop a number of hypotheses and then make a recommendation as to the single most powerful communications idea.
Finally, we answer the question of how these ideas will be communicated to the appropriate target audiences, through the most relevant channels, in the most powerful and cost-effective fashion.
