Cossette Grow-Op Internship Program

The Cossette Grow-Op Internship program is designed to recruit the best talent within Canada; engaging students focused on becoming leaders within the field of advertising. This program is more than Cossette's mission of developing a spectacular product. It's more than us striving to be a "best of breed" convergent community. The competition challenges young professionals to truly realize their potential.

Details:

In combination with the AEAC (Advertising Educators Association of Canada) the competition concentrates on attracting the best candidates from advertising focused College/University programs. The core quality required within these individuals is a breadth of understanding with regards to all facets of the advertising industry (print / radio / television / interactive / media / promotions / PR / DM / copywriting / art direction).  A convergent understanding is key!

The Students will compete by developing a fully convergent advertising campaign on a current Cossette client.  The competition is guided by specific rules and regulations that can viewed at the below link.

Rules & Regs

Advertising Educator's Association of Canada (AEAC):

The members of the AEAC are professors and instructors who teach in Advertising Programs throughout Ontario. Our mission is to promote the highest standards in educating students to become vibrant and knowledgeable employees in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications.  We advocate for the graduates of our programs while maintaining close ties with the Canadian Advertising Community. Member colleges of the AEAC offer one, two and three year programs and are the only post-secondary institutions in Canada to do so. Each year we graduate close to 400 students who are trained to become productive employees the day they start at their first position in the field.
